Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for 389 Konnect, operated by 389 Agency. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the terms below.
Payment methods
We use different payment providers depending on how you subscribe:
- International (USD): Card and other methods processed by Paddle. Paddle appears as the merchant on your payment statement for these transactions.
- Malawi (MWK): Local payments processed via OneKhusa (mobile money or bank).
14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade to a paid tier, provided you have not materially abused the service (for example, bulk exports, spam, or repeated sign-up and refund cycles).
After 14 days, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Renewal charges are ordinarily not refundable unless required by law or we determine a billing error occurred (duplicate charge, incorrect plan amount, or failed service delivery on our side).
Cancellations
Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan (or remains on Free if you choose not to renew). Cancellation alone does not trigger an automatic refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@389xperience.com from the address on your account with:
- Your account email
- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work with you in good faith to resolve billing issues. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
